Allyse Host, MS, LPC

Allyse completed her graduate studies at Loyola University with a Masters of Science in Counseling and her undergraduate degree at Aquinas College. She has expertise in working families and youth and specializes in substance use issues. A uniquely talented writer and practitioner, Allyse enjoys researching, exploring and writing about what’s new in the mental health profession.

Allyse specializes in substance abuse and addictions counseling and works with youth and family. She is also a highly trained and experienced provider of equine-assisted therapy and works with youth, adults and groups interested in an equine-assisted approach to therapy and coaching.
